I wanted to take a nice upclose picture of my doggie girl, Gypsy. I don’t have too many… and she’s an older dog and I just want to have some nice photos of her.
This is why I don’t have too many.
She’s like liquid dog. She hardly ever stays in one place for very long.
I hope I’m that active when I’m like, ah, 84 years old.
(She’s 12…. in dog years that’s like 84…. shesh!)

It’s finally raining. Day Two.
It’s been almost 4 weeks without a good soaking and boy, do we need it.
As I listen to the thunder and see that soon… we’re going to get some more decent accumulation and I see all the nature getting ready to soak it in, I can’t help but think this is life at it’s simplest.
No matter what comes at us in life, if we can hang on and hold on and just be patient, the good comes. The lifebringing water… the growth, everything that we want and need.
We just have to be prepared to wait. Sometimes for weeks…. months…. longer. But it’s coming. Just be patient.
