Fresh Pasta, anyone?

After reading Jenna’s book… Made from Scratch….  it’s got me on a cooking from scratch bent and I just had to try the fresh pasta recipe in her book.  It seemed so easy.   And it was.  Mixing it up… just like 2 cups of flour and 3 eggs.  That’s it.   Just mix until it has to be worked with your hands and then knead it a little bit, get it into a little ball and pop it in the frig for a little chill and rest.   I’m about to go and roll it out and slice it up for noodles for chicken and noodles… can’t wait.  And with yummy potato salad as a side, how can anyone go wrong?

I’ll report later how it goes.
