Well…. they didn’t take our offer and submitted a counter offer. Too high. So we submitted our own counter offer. The waiting game begins. We only have so much, so hopefully our second offer was good and generous. Waiting is hard. But, we’ve come this far and it’s to be expected. We’ll see what happens… cross those fingers!
