Still Alive…

Fuzzy Bunny says don’t worry…  Moby Mom is okay!

We just had a SUPER crazy couple of ten days.

First ol Blue broke down, right before our first big vacation in years…  and then we borrowed Steve’s truck and then we drove and drove to go to our friend’s wedding, which was our vacation too… and then we had lots to do before and after and then we had a little run in with a bad bad trucker who was stalking us and being very inappropriate and finally ended in the sheriff being involved (VERY long story and just well, we’ll see if we write about it…)  ((Just be SUPER careful if you sell anything from your home.  Just saying.)) and then had a rough day with a bank that suddenly seems to be a little less than caring…  shesh.

I’m ready for a good long day or three of hiding at our little homestead and getting my center back and getting some work done and things caught up.

If you want to hear stuff a little quicker than the blog, may I suggest our Facebook page for the farm.  Unfortunately, with our dumb rural connection for the internet, it is hard for me to post to the blog some times, and for whatever reason, Facebook is easier.  So if you want snippets of what is up, Facebook is a quick fix.  If you just prefer to get good post updates a wee bit after the fact, then stick here.  Or do both!  (gg)

Everyone is fine, we’re just a little tuckered out and stressed a bit…  but we’re tough gals and looking forward to the fall!!!!

Oh yes and Fence-a-Palooza is doing well, we have achieved our first 100 feet towards our 600 foot goal with the photo book…  thank you for all the lovely comments and donations…  we’re hoping in a week or two we will have another couple hundred fence done…

  1. Sherri, I don’t do facebook, so I hope you’ll share (what you’re comfortable putting out there) about your experience. Whatever it was, I’m glad you and the girls are okay and let the law know about it. The internet is such a great way to meet people. It’s just too bad that it also attracts the creeps and weirdos.
