This is the first official photo of O.K…. aka Orange Kitty. We’ve actually started to call him or her Oakey… haha… a sort of smushing of O.K.
O.K. has been hanging around closer. She (I think she’s a she for some reason…) has been coming near to the house at night. I’m going to set out a little food for her by the back screen porch door and see if the chickens will leave it alone long enough for O.K. to get some. I think she was tame at one point. I wouldn’t be surprised if maybe she even lived here?
She and Jack square off at night sometimes, which leads me to believe that she might be a he… but then Jack is kind of a wuss, so anything might be ready to fight with him. Now O.K. will not tangle with Luna, as Luna is the queen of KYB.*
(Kicking Your Butt)
Luna is sitting here in the screen porch sending out meanie kitty vibes to O.K. Run OK Run!!!

O.K. (Oakey) will be a good name either way, but according to wiki answers, 75% of orange cats are male. Since names one starts with probably end up sticking, percentage-wise, it is probably a good thing you didn’t choose Elizabeth, etc. 😀
If Oakey turnes out to be a girl, you will have a special gem there.
Love your projects!
