We just got the wheat field done…. it’s all done and we got a chance to plant our wheat!   Yeah, it’s only 8 feet by 8 feet  and we’re not really expecting to harvest too much of the stuff, but I’ve always thught wheat was really cool looking and hopefully we’ll have some to use for decorating, and maybe even to harvest and grind for flour!

We probably oversowed the plot, but we’ll see how it grows up!  Our test cup is doing great and is already about 5 inches tall after only a week!   Can’t wait to see how it grows outside!  It’s been two days now…  we’ll keep everything posted on the blog as it grows!
