Funny Maggie Videos of OUR Farm…

(Oh my gosh, smack me for picking on my dear Jessy in the first bit… she was so funny about telling us about how we should put a table in the kitchen nook! haha I Luvs Her LOTS!!!)

And this one makes me nearly cry… listen to Maggie at about :35…. she is talking about her workshop area that we said she could have all to herself!!!

We went today to our local bank and talked to the bank manager. The regular mortgage guy was gone, but our manager was happy to at least talk with us and look at all the paperwork and all that. He thought everything looked good, but he said the price might be too low.

It’s killing me… banks that will loan you $20,000 for a new car that will depreciate to next to nothing for the most part in 10 years, yet they don’t want to loan you $15,000 for a property that the land ALONE is worth $19 grand and will only appreciate over 10 years, regardless of the market slump. He said so himself. Makes you want to buy the damn car and then sell it for a loss of $5 grand and use the cash to buy the house!!!

HAHAHA…

Well, we’re not giving up. We’ll make it happen.

Anyone interested in acquiring a line of homeschool products? I have three available, all proven winners. One has made over $30,000 so far in it’s history. And still going strong.

I’m not kidding, we have three product lines that I’m willing to sacrifice for this farm for my children.

The other is…
