Coaties for Goaties!

Angora goats are not as hardy as some goats can be and after they were sheared, the poor little guys were cold and shivering.  I don’t blame them, it went and got cold on us!  Even though they are in the big barn, in the goat stall, with a heat lamp, it was still pretty chilly.  So I made them a pair of coats like I did for Buttercup!  I believe they like them!  Rafeka’s is a little small, so I eventually made him another, larger and more manly colored coat!  He was a happy boy!

I think it’s kind of funny that the new batch of hens like to sit on the fence of the goat stall…

 

DSC_0529Buttercup has the whole cute goat coat thing down just perfect, don’t you think?  She is one stylish little critter princess here on the farm…
