It’s our anniversary!!! One whole year here at the farm! I can not believe it still that we have this wonderful little homestead… and it’s ALL OURS! What a huge blessing…. thank you to all our friends and family and fans that have supported us through the rehab and rebirth to this forgotten little parcel of land… it got us through the tough times and makes us dream about the future to come!!!!
I put together a little picture slide show video… wow. I still can’t believe the changes myself. These photos are just the tip of the iceberg really but I think they give a person a little flyover as to just how rough this place was last year and how wonderful it looks now! Oh sure, we still have a hundred to do cards, but every day one or two gets knocked outta the park and we just keep chugging along. In another year? Oh Nelly, watch out! Haha…. we’ve got lots of neat things planned… just have to take them one day at a time!!!!

Hi Windhaven ladies .. ran across your site maybe a month ago and have really really enjoyed your blogs, photos and adventures and animals.. you are to be congratulated and I am cheering you on..way to go!! I am amazed at your courage and tenacity and have felt very inspired reading about your experiences..EVERYONE should be doing what you are doing.. the important things…family, farm, nature, animals, raising food, etc. hard work and heartful work and play..you are spurring ME on!! lol
