This bird has given us three meals already.

Sunday dinner – Roast with potatoes

Monday dinner – Sliced with rice and carrots

Tuesday dinner – Chicken fried rice

And now, it’s going into a stock pot to make stock!

I think that is awesome. And I’m proud that we raised it and gave it a great chicken life. However, I think I could easily have something else than chicken for a day or two now! haha….
