Kinda weird.   Not sure if I’ve ever seen this or not.   Well, no, reckon I haven’t seen it.  Not ever before.   I did get some discount bulbs and all…  hahaha…  guess I didn’t read the fine print that said they were from nuclear waste dumps…  hahaha….

Is this normal?
