Our Little Kitty Friend

Our little friend Nela has been getting a little more comfy here at the Moby. We’ve been calling her Nina, little girl, because it fits her very very well. And we kind of forget Nela. It probably means something… I wonder… I googled it, really nothing comes up but some lawyer associations in New England and odd things like that. So we’ve been just calling her Nina.

She’s finally getting comfortable around us and is not so skittish. She’s a happy girl and just a little sweetie. Even Luna is respecting her a bit more.

They occasionally get into a little spat, but it’s more from when they get into a tight spot and one or the other gets cornered a bit. Just in general, they are fine with each other. Jack just ignores all the girl kitties, he thinks they are all nasty meanies.

But then that’s because Luna likes to beat on him because she’s figured out he doesn’t have front claws!

Nina is finally starting to relax and snooze out in the open. I even saw her playing with a mousie toy this morning and it was really cute. She’s a happy little girl.

She’s such a pretty little kitty… a few people have been thinking about bringing her into their home and until we can find her a home, she’s got a spot with us. She’s really been no problem.
