Pasta Salad

My Simple Pasta Salad….

Just boil up a bunch of fun pasta… like curlies or twisty types… a big bowl of it. Don’t make so much that you fill the bowl up, because you need to have some room for mixins!

Then mix together a couple spoons of mayo, a spoon or two of sour cream, a little garlic powder (or fresh if you want!) and I add a teaspoon of sugar. I like to chop a little fine fine onion and add that in too.

Then add whatever veggies you have around! Peppers, tomato chunks, olives, onions, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower… just about anything! Peas are awesome… so are raisins, and walnuts and little pecan bits… baby spinach! You can add cooked ham or chicken, or tuna or well just about any sort of meat. Hard boiled egg is good too!

Mix it up, add your mixins and enjoy! We like it if you let it refrigerate for a hour or so and get all yummy and mixed up good. A little salt and pepper to taste and you’ve got a awesome lunch all together, or a side dish for dinner. Enjoy!
