I used all my own harvested gourds and a bunch of pinecones I had from last fall in a pretty basket and that alone was so pretty on my side table. I’m really trying to keep my holiday decorating simple and understated and pretty. Inexpensive. I don’t have that many houseguests, so I really just want to decorate for the girls and I. I like the look of natural things, and the colors match nicely my table and lamp and walls and all that stuff.

I’ll definitely do some lights around the outside of the moby, only because I love driving up in the evening with snow and seeing the pretty lights around the Moby. Not tooo much, but enough to look festive.

I’d like to try and make a willow wreath for the door… and I love my cornstalks at the door way… it’s all just perfect!
