A Humbled Man

When I first encountered this video about Ray Anderson and his company Interface, all I could see and hear was a man that has been so humbled by the smack in the face that he and his company were a major factor in ruining and squandering the earth for profit and a man that decided that it must change.

Listen to him talk, and hear in his voice a very sincere dedication to change and effect his environment in such a way that you and I can never do. All the recycled pop cans and taking your own bag to the store will never NEVER amount to the reversal of damage done by these super large corporations and until more and more hear and get the “spear in the chest” that Mr. Anderson got and survived, we’re a doomed planet…

I think what he speaks and more importantly is DOING…. with his company deserved a hardy thank you. More companies all around the world need to feel the same way and act the same way and WE, the little people, need to let them know that we will have no more of these corporate plunderers of the world.

When you get done watching that video… go and watch this video and you will feel your own spear in the chest when you see the electronic garbage we are destroying third world companies with….

I think it’s ironic that in this country that are starting to have trouble with children getting sick because they are TOO CLEAN and STERILE in their young years and then we do this to other countries and allow their children to live in such intense garbage, toxic trashdumps handpicking electronic trash in such disheartening land… sad. Very sad. We need to stop. I don’t know how.
