Well…. they didn’t take our offer and submitted a counter offer. Too high. So we submitted our own counter offer. The waiting game begins. We only have so much, so hopefully our second offer was good and generous. Waiting is hard. But, we’ve come this far and it’s to be expected. We’ll see what happens… cross those fingers!

Well…since they have until Wednesday at 5 to respond to you, and have already made you a counter-offer…maybe you’re not all that much apart? I am sure hoping so.
I’ve been reading some of your blogs from last year and enjoy your great love of gardening. I would be happy for you to get this place. You’d have all the room you want to plant and till and hoe and harvest!
